Der Fluss Thet ist ein Fluss in Norfolk, England, und ein Nebenfluss des Flusses Little Ouse. Er entspringt in Breckland mit Quellen in Deopham Green und Rockland All Saints und mündet in Thetford in den Little Ouse, nachdem er etwa nach Südwesten geflossen ist.
Die Hauptquellen für seine verschiedenen kleinen Nebenflüsse umfassen die kieshaltige Talmoore SSSIs Swangey Fen, Old Buckenham Fen, Middle Harling Fen sowie Kenninghall und Banham Fens mit Quidenham Mere. Das Carr-Waldgebiet ist ebenfalls ein verbreiteter Lebensraum in der Aue, wo offene Feuchtgebiete von Gebüsch überwuchert wurden. Die zugrunde liegende Geologie besteht im östlichsten Teil des Flusslaufs aus Ton/Lehm über Kreide und im Großteil des Flusses aus Sand/Kies über Kreide.
