Der mäandrierende Geleenbeek, Weißdornhecken, geschützte Wälder, blumenreiche Wiesen, Obstgärten und Tränken sorgen für eine lebendige Flora und Fauna.
Wenn du über das Landgut schlenderst, triffst du die Eikendermolen aus dem fünfzehnten Jahrhundert und entdeckst nicht weit entfernt die Ruine Eyckholt, die romantisch in einem kleinen Teich spiegelt. Das ehemalige Freibad wurde der Natur zurückgegeben und hat sich nun in einen stillen Waldsee verwandelt.
