Dieses ehemalige landwirtschaftliche Ausbildungsinstitut dient derzeit nur als Herberge für einen Hirten mit ca. 100-150 Ziegen und 6 Hunden. Die Ziegen werden zur Milchproduktion gehalten. Jeden Tag streifen der Hirte und seine Ziegen durch die Gegend auf der Suche nach Feldern, auf denen die Tiere ihre Mahlzeiten weiden.
