"Den Dikke van Pamel" (o también conocido localmente simplemente como "den dikke") es una famosa figura del pueblo en Roosdaal (Pamel). Su verdadero nombre era "Victor De Klercq". Nació en Pamel el 14 de junio de 1848 y falleció allí el 16 de febrero de 1885. Sobre su verdadero peso, se puede adivinar, pero Victor era una figura enormemente ancha y pesada. El 9 de septiembre de 2001 se inauguró una estatua en la calle Kaaistraat en Roosdaal. La escultura fue diseñada por el artista Patrick Van Craenenbroeck.
