El Bois de la Louvière es un bosque que forma parte de la franja forestal de las colinas testigo de la región. Una colina testigo es una colina más o menos aislada y resistente a la erosión en el paisaje. La capa de tierra resistente a la erosión en la colina es 'testigo' de un depósito sedimentario que alguna vez cubrió todo el paisaje, pero que más tarde fue fragmentado por la erosión. El bosque se encuentra casi completamente en Flobecq. Está protegido como un área europea Natura 2000 bajo el nombre "Vallée de la Rhosnes".
