El ¡ay! Garden es un lindo y pequeño parque de vecindario.
El antiguo jardín del antiguo edificio OVAM ha sido renovado y hecho accesible. Un pequeño arroyo fue descubierto durante el trabajo . Esto se ha integrado en el jardín. El edificio OVAM se ha transformado en un centro de negocios (¡Oh!) para la instalación de autónomos. De ahí el nombre ¡Oh!
El parque fue inaugurado en 2012.
Hasta principios del siglo XX, se encontraron extensiones grandes y pequeñas por todas partes en Mechelen . Estos se crearon después de que se fortaleciera el área pantanosa alrededor del Dyle donde hoy se encuentra el centro de Mechelen. A medida que Mechelen creció y se industrializó, las diversas vías fluviales se convirtieron en alcantarillas abiertas. Este fue un foco de epidemias y se decidió llenar gran parte de estos cursos de agua.
El municipio de Mechelen está trabajando actualmente para encontrar y reconstruir la ubicación exacta de los distintos ríos.
