Description

La Iglesia de Sant'Antonio Abate se encuentra en Piazza Sant'Antonio en Pisa.
Fue fundado en 1341 con el monasterio adyacente, que fue destruido en la Segunda Guerra Mundial, y sufrió algunas renovaciones en 1392 a instancias de Pietro Gambacorti.

Fue reconstruido después de la guerra en la forma que tenía a finales del siglo XVIII. La fachada inferior, de Lupo y Giovanni di Gante y Simone di Matteo da Siena, está en bandas de mármol de dos tonos (1399-1410). En la parte trasera del patio se encuentra el enorme mural Tuttomondo de Keith Haring, la última obra pública del artista (1989) antes de su muerte en 1990 a causa del SIDA.
