Mariaparochie es un pequeño pueblo, principalmente católico romano, en Twente en la provincia neerlandesa de Overijssel. Mariaparochie pertenece en gran parte al municipio de Tubbergen y además al municipio de Almelo. El pueblo se formó en los últimos dos siglos alrededor de la iglesia parroquial Nuestra Señora de la Asistencia Perpetua, de la cual también se deriva el nombre del pueblo, que es el nombre diario de la parroquia. La iglesia es un diseño del arquitecto Jan Stuyt. En 2013, el pueblo tenía 273 habitantes.
Mariaparochie se encuentra al noreste de Almelo. El pueblo se ha vuelto especialmente conocido por un cortometraje en el que Herman Finkers incorporó el nombre del pueblo, Kroamschudd'n en Mariaparochie.
