Hôtel de campagne dit "DUINHOF", ferme rénovée selon l'année "1754". Le site est indiqué sur la carte de Ferraris (1770-1778) et sur l'Atlas des chemins de quartier (1842) sous le nom "Ferme Dierickx". Situé le long d'un chemin piéton, décrit dans l'Atlas comme Chemin n° 15, "Haenvoetweg. Sentier de Clemskerke au Cabaret dit den Haen" (voir l'introduction de la rue). La ferme se trouve maintenant au milieu d'une lotissement de 1963.
