Huisje Mostinckx est une ferme à long pignon en meneau en bois, remplie d’argile. Jusqu’à une bonne partie du 19e siècle, les fermes de boue du Pajottenland étaient les habitations les plus courantes. Selon certains, le nom Pajotten (paillottes) fait même référence au toit de chaume de ces maisons. En 2000, la commune de Dilbeek rachète la maison.
