Ferme longiforme établie progressivement avec une vue du début du XXe siècle, possiblement une noyau du XIXe siècle. Située entre la route et la ligne de chemin de fer Aarschot-Diest, parallèlement et légèrement en retrait par rapport à la route. Maison d'habitation à droite (à l'est), étable et grange à gauche. Sur la carte Ferraris (hameau de Savel), des constructions sont visibles, probablement pas exactement à cet endroit. Le volume principal est déjà représenté sur le plan cadastral primitif (1822). En 1905, il est fait mention d'une "reconstruction partielle". En 1986, le plan de base actuel est obtenu par une extension à l'arrière.
