L'île aux Musées à Berlin, en Allemagne, est le nom de la moitié nord de la Spreeinsel, l'île sur la rivière Spree dans le district de Mitte. Elle a été classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO en 1999.
Créée à l'initiative du roi Frédéric-Guillaume III au début du XIXe siècle, l'île aux Musées témoigne d'un siècle de politique culturelle qui a abouti à la constitution d'une des plus riches collections d'œuvres d'art au monde.
