Construit en 1935 par Léopold Foussard, l'ensemble à l'architecture Art déco classée patrimoine du XXe siècle a été rénové dans le même esprit, le confort en plus. Les principales structures d'époque sont conservées en intérieur et extérieur, et surtout la terrasse a été superbement réaménagée en surplomb de l'Isle, idéale quand des musiciens sont invités à jouer (et l'hiver dans la verrière). La formule brasserie demeure le midi, en soirée c'est un esprit « bistronomie » plus affirmé. Les fidèles devraient revenir.
