Le Muséum national des sciences et d'ecclésiologie à Maynooth est un musée des sciences et un musée d'ecclésiologie, situé sur le campus commun du St Patrick's College, Maynooth et de la Maynooth University, en Irlande. C'est une institution du collège, ayant débuté comme un musée ecclésiologique.
Le musée possède divers artefacts de l'histoire des sciences en Irlande, une grande collection d'équipements scientifiques utilisés par Nicholas Callan, et un des deux masques mortuaires du leader politique irlandais Daniel O'Connell. Le musée a été fondé en 1934 comme le Musée d'ecclésiologie mais s'est davantage concentré sur la science, en partie en raison de l'association de Maynooth avec Callan.
