Centrale nel borgo, chiesetta neoclassica. Houtem ottenne grazie all'abbazia di Ter Kameren molto presto una propria cappella, situata sulla strada per Vilvoorde come risulta dal Libro delle Mappe dell'abbazia del 1719. Nel 1775 fu costruita una nuova cappella, l'attuale chiesa, durante la gestione dell'abbadessa Serafina Snoy, il cui stemma è rimasto sopra l'ingresso del coro.
