Dall'Iddergem seguiamo in successione il corso del Dender, della Schelda e del Durme. Da Sint-Niklaas attraversiamo quindi il paesaggio fino a Willebroek, dove seguiamo il canale con lo stesso nome.
Tutte le strade sono asfaltate. All'inizio e alla fine del percorso ci sono alcune brevi ma insidiose salite. La parte centrale, al contrario, è piatta come un tavolo da biliardo.
