Situato in rue Louvet, una piccola strada pedonale di Beauvais tra place Jeanne Hachette e la piazza del mercato, di fronte all'enoteca, alla pescheria e alla merceria, Le Producteur Local è un negozio cooperativo in cui una trentina di produttori offrono vari prodotti alimentari (frutta e verdura, pane, carne, latticini, alimentari, birre e succhi di frutta, ecc.) Il ricavato della vendita va a ciascun produttore che condivide i costi del negozio. In altre parole, si trovano prodotti locali (150 km intorno a Beauvais), a un prezzo equo e remunerativo per il produttore.
