Con questa passeggiata scendiamo nella gola del fiume Saigne .

Una ripida discesa ci porta oltre 200 metri più in basso, all'idilliaca Plage de la Siagne . Pagaiare nell'acqua ghiacciata è un piacevole refrigerio nella calura che può regnare lì.

Un po' più avanti si trova il Pont des Tuves , dove i più audaci si tuffano nell'acqua ghiacciata.

Le grotte adiacenti formano una doccia rinfrescante, poiché l'acqua scorre costantemente.

Passiamo davanti alle antiche rovine della casa di un mugnaio.

Per il ritorno scegliamo la strada asfaltata, più lunga ma molto meno ripida e scorrevole.
