Dit opmerkelijke vakwerkhuis met uitkragingen wordt het Spaans Huis maar ook het Huis van de Burgemeester genoemd.
Het dateert van voor 1590. Het was ooit een herberg en de zetel van het Gerechtshof van Grupont. Hier werden de vier zussen Jamin in 1618 door de rechtbank van de inquisitie tot heksen verklaard, en veroordeeld tot de brandstapel. Het dorp eert de nagedachtenis van deze vier slachtoffers door middel van 8 panelen die hun verhaal vertellen
In 1855 wordt het huis de eigendom van de molenaar Clément Herman en zijn nakomelingen.
