Fünfhausen is de benaming voor twee verschillende wijken in Hamburg, die zijn afgeleid van twee voormalige dorpen met dezelfde naam.
De plaats ligt in het district Bergedorf binnen de Vierlanden aan de noordwestelijke rand van de stadsdeel Hamburg-Kirchwerder aan het kruispunt van Durchdeich met de straat Ochsenwerder Landscheideweg/Süderquerweg en aan het voormalige tracé van de Hamburger Marschbahn.
In het oosten grenst het aan het grootste Hamburgse natuurreservaat Kirchwerder Wiesen, in het westen ligt de wijk Ochsenwerder. Ten zuidwesten van de plaats liggen het Hohendeicher Meer en de Elbe, ten noorden daarvan stroomt de Gose-Elbe.
