Ernest Hemingway verbleef in Ronda tijdens de zomer van 1959 en plaatste Ronda stevig in de literaire geschiedenis met zijn roman For Whom the Bell Tolls.
Het park ligt achter de beroemde arena van Ronda. Een klein park dat rust en ontspanning biedt in het centrum van Ronda en waar vaak straatmuzikanten, zoals flamenco- en gitaristen, langs het pad optreden. Het park biedt geweldige uitzichten, vooral als u er doorheen loopt om bij de Mirador de Ronda te komen.
