Mevagissey is een dorp, vissershaven en burgerlijke parochie in Cornwall, Engeland, Verenigd Koninkrijk. Het dorp ligt ongeveer vijf mijl ten zuiden van St Austell. De bevolkingsomvang van de parochie bij de volkstelling van 2011 was 2.015, terwijl de bevolkingsomvang van het kiesdistrict bij dezelfde volkstelling 4.354 was.
Het dorp ligt in een kleine vallei en kijkt uit op het oosten naar de Mevagissey-baai. De binnen- en buitenhavens zijn drukbezocht met een mix van plezierjachten en werkende vissersboten. Het heeft een bloeiende visserij-industrie en is de op één na grootste vissershaven in Cornwall.
