Howth Castle en het landgoed liggen net buiten het dorp Howth, County Dublin in Ierland, in de administratie van de Fingal County Council. Het kasteel was het voorouderlijke huis van de lijn van de St Lawrence-familie die het gebied sinds de Normandische invasie van 1180 in bezit had en hield de titel van Lord of Howth tot ongeveer 1425, de Baron Howth tot 1767, en daarna Graaf van Howth tot 1909. Het kasteel en het landgoed worden sinds 1909 beheerd door hun vrouwelijke erfgenamen, de Gaisford-St Lawrence-familie.
