De belegering van Clonmel vond plaats tussen 27 april en 18 mei 1650, tijdens de Cromwelliaanse verovering van Ierland, toen de stad Clonmel in County Tipperary werd belegerd door het New Model Army van Oliver Cromwell. Cromwell's 8.000 mannen veroverden uiteindelijk de stad van de 2.000 Ierse verdedigers, maar niet voordat ze verliezen van ongeveer 2.000 soldaten hadden geleden. De meesten werden gedood nadat ze op 17 mei 1650 in een val waren gelokt door Hugh Dubh O'Neill.
