El bisbat de Niça és una seu de l'Església Catòlica a França, sufragània de l'arquebisbat de Marsella. Al 2016 tenia 788.000 batejats sobre una població de 1.226.000 habitants. Actualment està regida pel bisbe André Marceau.
La diòcesi comprèn el departament francès dels Alps Marítims, a excepció de l'illa de Sant Honorat, que pertany al bisbat de Fréjus-Tolone.
