Damvalleien er et naturområde i de østflamske kommuner Destelbergen og Laarne. Området er dannet i en gammel slynge af Schelde, og området bliver noget forstyrret af, at trafikveksleren i Destelbergen ligger i området, samt E17 og R4, der skærer igennem. Naturområdet er europæisk beskyttet som en del af Natura 2000-område 'Schelde og Durme-udløb fra den hollandske grænse til Gent'.
