Ejerne har haft tre restauranter i Luzern, før de slog sig ned i Slenaken. Vært Urs-Viktor Müller er en meget talentfuld kok, der lørdag aften serverer en fantastisk middag for os og de øvrige hotelgæster. Sammen med deres to adopterede døtre driver værtinde Irene Müller-Franssen, der kommer fra Heerlen, det trestjernede hotel.
