På den anden side af markedet står Vor Frue Himmelfarts Kirke. Bygningen, der ikke går længere tilbage end det 14. århundrede, da det var en gotisk korskirke, fik i vid udstrækning sin nuværende form i 1750. Det mest iøjnefaldende er den smukke campanile-tårn med et klokkespil med 49 klokker. Kirken blev beskyttet som monument i 1974.
