Slottet ligger på Linkeroever 37 i Zulte og blev bygget i 1748. Via Limnanderdreef var slottet forbundet med centrum af Zulte. Denne allé blev i 1972 afbrudt på grund af anlæggelsen af Leiekanaal. Som følge heraf ligger Kasteel Te Lake nu afskåret fra landsbyen. Den klassicistiske bygning stod i mange år tom og var meget forfalden, da den blev restaureret i 1990.
