Seelisberg-tunnelen er en motorvejtunnel i Schweiz. Tunnelen forbinder Beckenried, i kantonen Nidwalden, med Seedorf, i kantonen Uri, og løber under bjergene, der danner den sydlige bred af Lake Lucerne. Den er en del af A2 motorvejen mellem Basel, på grænsen til Tyskland og Frankrig, og Chiasso, på grænsen til Italien. Færdiggjort i 1980, er de to rør af tunnelen 9.250 meter og 9.292 meter lange.
Efter Gotthard Vejtunnelen er dette Schweiz' næstlængste vejtunnel, men i modsætning til Gotthard-tunnelen, der krydser Alperne fuldstændigt fra nord til syd, ligger Seelisberg-tunnelen kun på den nordlige side af Alperne. Seelisberg-tunnelen kan betragtes som den længste schweiziske vejtunnel med delt trafik.
