Det nuværende teologiske fakultet ved Universitetet i Tübingen ligger i området gamle klinikker i bydelen Universitet, i den tidligere medicinske klinik, en klassicistisk bygning fra 1879. I 1961 blev klinikken flyttet til nye bygninger på Schnarrenberg. I dag huser den gamle bygning den evangelisk-teologiske fakultet og den katolsk-teologiske fakultet samt deres seminarer. Den nye bygning med det store, fælles bibliotek blev indviet i 1989.
