Lufthavnen Brilon/Hochsauerland er en særligt godkendt landingsplads og ligger cirka syv kilometer øst for byens centrum og cirka to kilometer syd for Brilons bydel Thülen. Operatøren er LSV-Brilon e. V., som har mere end 200 medlemmer. Pladsen er godkendt til balloner, sejlfly, motorsejlere, ultralette fly, motorfly og helikoptere med en maksimal startvægt på op til 5 tons. Desuden er faldskydning muligt.
