Det historiske hus på Schützenstraße 7 er en fredet bygning, som ligger i centrum af den Kreis by Bergheim i Rhein-Erft-Kreis i Nordrhein-Westfalen.
I årene 1912/13 lod den daværende direktør for Kreiswerke Bergheim, Walter Pechstein, dette hus bygge. Planerne blev lavet af Anton Ruland, og udførelsen blev overtaget af Elsdorfer bygmester Heinrich Wolff. Bygningen fik snart navnet „Villa Pechstein“. Pechstein havde først arbejdet som ingeniør ved opførelsen af Kreis vandværket. I 1906 overførte Bergheim kreissudvalget driftsledelsen af vandværket til ham. Senere var Pechstein teknisk direktør for Kreiswerke Bergheim.
