Villa Marlier er et landehus nær det Store Wannsee, en sø i det sydvestlige Berlin. Huset er kendt fra Wannsee-konferencen, der blev organiseret af SS i 1942. Efter Anden Verdenskrig blev villaen kendt som Villa Wannsee.
Villaen blev bygget i 1914-15 for entreprenøren Ernst Marlier. Huset har et boligareal på 1500 m² og en parklignende have på 30.000 m², designet af Paul Baumgarten, en elev af Alfred Messel. Ernst Marlier og hans kone boede kun få år ved Wannsee. Den 6. september 1921 solgte han huset til en virksomhed tilhørende industrimanden Friedrich Minoux.
