Den Europæiske Ungdomsgenopretnings- og Mødested Werbellinsee er et ungdomsmødested i kommunen Joachimsthal i Barnim-distriktet. Under navnet Pionerrepublik Wilhelm Pieck var institutionen indtil 1989 det centrale pionerlejr for pionerorganisationen Ernst Thälmann i Østtyskland. Fra 1990 til 2004 var Brandenburg ejer, siden 2004 driver WS Werbellinsee GmbH & Co. KG anlægget.
I 1949 besluttede ministerrådet i Østtyskland at bygge Pionerrepublik og afsatte 18 millioner mark. Arkitekten bag bygningerne var Richard Paulick, og landskabsudformningen blev varetaget af Reinhold Lingner. Institutionen blev indviet den 16. juli 1952 af den daværende præsident for Østtyskland, Wilhelm Pieck. Operatøren var Frie Tyske Ungdom.
