Kaatschen-Weichau med sine dele Kaatschen og Weichau er en ikke-selvstændig by, administrativt tilhørende kommunen Großheringen i Landkreis Weimarer Land i Thüringen. Stedet ligger i dalen ved Saale mellem Camburg og Bad Kösen.
Kaatschen er en vinproduktionsby i den sydlige del af vinområdet Saale-Unstrut. På muslingekalkbunde dyrkes Bacchus, Gutedel, Kerner, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Weißburgunder og – som en af de nordligste lokaliteter for denne røde druesort – Zweigelt. Hver første weekend i september afholdes der vinfest i Kaatschen-Weichau.
