Hohenhausen er en by i Kalletal kommune og dens administrationssæde. Hohenhausen er med cirka 3800 indbyggere hovedbyen i Kalletal.
Byen ligger i delstaten Nordrhein-Westfalen i Lippe-kredsen.
Den ligger 10 kilometer nord for Lemgo, 20 kilometer nord for Detmold, 28 km nordøst for Bielefeld, 21 km syd for Minden og 14 km sydvest for Rinteln. Hohenhausen ligger i dalen ved bækken Westerkalle på en højde af cirka 160 meter over havets overflade.
