Avinguda af kong Jaume III ligger i Palma, på øen Mallorca, og er resultatet af en udvidelses- og renoveringsplan for Palma, Pla Alomar, udført af arkitekten og byplanlæggeren Gabriel Alomar i Esteve, godkendt i 1943. Denne plan omfattede tolv renoveringer i den historiske centrum, hvoraf kun fire blev udført: åbningerne af Avingudes Jaume III og Constitució, samt renoveringerne af Plaça Major og Plaça de l'Olivar. Det er resultatet af forslaget om at skabe en bred forbindelsesvej mellem den gamle by og udvidelsen mod vest. Ruten er lige og ensartet, med portikbuer og facader i historistisk stil.
