Hugh Lane-galleriet, officielt Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane og oprindeligt Municipal Gallery of Modern Art, er et kunstmuseum drevet af Dublin City Council og dets datterselskab, Hugh Lane Gallery Trust. Det ligger i Charlemont House på Parnell Square, Dublin, Irland. Entréen er gratis.
Galleriet blev grundlagt af den anerkendte kunstsamler Sir Hugh Lane på Harcourt Street den 20. januar 1908 og er det første kendte offentlige galleri for moderne kunst i verden. Lane dækkede driftsomkostningerne, mens han søgte efter et mere permanent hjem. Nye bygninger blev foreslået i St. Stephens Green og som en dramatisk bro-galleri over Floden Liffey, begge foreslåede design af Sir Edwin Lutyens, som aldrig blev realiseret. Lane nåede ikke at se sit galleri permanent placeret, da han døde i 1915 under senkningen af RMS Lusitania. Siden 1933 har det været placeret i Charlemont House.
