Ösling omhandler den nordlige del af Det Storehertugdømme Luxembourg og regnes for en del af Ardennerne.
Ösling ligger cirka mellem 400 og 500 meter over havets overflade. Området er faktisk en østlig udløber af Ardennerne og består hovedsageligt af skovklædte bakker og floddale. Den vigtigste flod i Ösling er Sauer. Kneiff i Huldange er med over 560 meter det højeste punkt i Det Storehertugdømme.
