Empe er en landsby i kommunen Brummen i den nederlandske provins Gelderland. Den har 660 indbyggere. Empe ligger mellem Voorst og Zutphen ved N345 og ved jernbanelinjen Apeldoorn - Zutphen. Nord for landsbyen ligger station Voorst-Empe, der åbnede den 10. december 2006. Fra 1876 til 1938 lå her station Voorst. I umiddelbar nærhed af dette stod Emper Molen fra 1836 til 1945, hvortil kun skroget stadig er tilbage.
