Prinsengracht i Amsterdam er en kanal, der løber parallelt med Keizersgracht i Amsterdam-Centrum. Kanalen, opkaldt efter Prins af Orange, er den fjerde af de fire hovedkanaler, der tilhører kanalbæltet.
Anlægget blev påbegyndt i 1612 på initiativ af borgmester Frans Hendricksz. Oetgens, efter et design af bysnedker Hendrick Jacobsz Staets og byopmåler Lucas Jansz Sinck.
