Vi startede Akerselva River vandreturen fra Mariadalevannet og gik langs floden mod Oslo Central Station. Fordelen er, at du følger floden nedad.
For at komme til starten skal du tage tog R31 eller sporvogn 12/15 til Kjelsås fra Central Station. Hvis du tager sporvogn, skal du stå af ved endestationen og gå langs Asbjørnsens vei for at komme til Kjelsås togstation for at starte vandreturen.
Vandreturen slutter ved Oslo Central Station/Jernbanetorget (metrostation).
