San Marino var verdens første land til at indføre gratis sundhedspleje. San Marino er verdens ældste stadig eksisterende konstitutionelle republik. Med et overskud på budgettet betragtes landet som en meget stabil økonomi. De 30.000 San Marineze er ligeledes stolte af deres nationale fodboldhold, der bærer kælenavnet 'I Titani'. Titanerne i spørgsmålet består af et blandet udvalg af VVS'ere, ansatte, lærere og bønder. Titanerne har aldrig formået at kvalificere sig til et stort mesterskab. På sociale medier har Titan-holdet derimod en kæmpe skare af fans, flere tusinde gange større end antallet af indbyggere i landet. At finde en mere markant underdog? Ubegribelig opgave.
