Tiny ist die Hauptfigur der klassischen Bilderbuchreihe des Zeichners Marcel Marlier (geboren in Moeskroen) und des Schriftstellers Gilbert Delahaye. Da Marlier aus Moeskroen stammt, gibt es in der Stadt eine starke Verbindung zwischen dem Erbe von Tiny und dem lokalen Tourismus (Museum, Wanderungen, Veröffentlichungen).
