Dieses imposante Patrizierhaus aus dem 15. Jahrhundert im spätgotischen Stil bestand aus zwei Handelswohnungen, De Sterre und Crayenest. Spuren von zwei älteren Wohnhäusern aus dem 13. Jahrhundert sind noch im Keller zu finden. Im Huyse de Grote Sterre befindet sich jetzt das Uilenspiegelmuseum, Tourismus Damme und das neu gestaltete Besucherzentrum „Damme und die Zwinstreek“. Im Sommer kannst du Fahrräder und Vespas mieten. Zögere nicht und komm gerne mit der ganzen Familie vorbei, um einen Blick zu werfen.
