Diese alten Hofgebäude sind perfekt restauriert und erhalten. Glücklicherweise wurde nicht versucht, ein Schloss mit Türmchen zu bauen. Es ist jetzt eine schöne Wohnstätte. Der ursprüngliche Hof hat eine lange Geschichte. Die heutige Bezeichnung Verbrande Hoeve findet man übrigens auf der alten FERRARIS-Karte, mit derselben Bezeichnung auf Französisch. Auf der Ferraris-Karte wurde ein Hof/Haus nicht mit "Ferme" bezeichnet, sondern mit der Abkürzung "Cse" von der damals gängigen Bezeichnung "Cense". Diese Karten wurden von Napoleon für weniger friedliche Zwecke verwendet.
