Angelegter Garten mit Pergola, Pavillon und Teich n.A. Landschaftsarchitekt A. Rousseau (Roeselare), darin Felsformation mit unterkellertem Gartenhaus und Wasserfall n.A. J. De Bruycker; an der Ecke Astridlaan/Koolskampstraat Gemüsegarten mit Weinberg, abgegrenzt mit Spalierbäumen. Im W., Garage und Waschhaus. Im S. des Wohnhauses Reste von einem Erdwall und Obstgarten, ebenfalls kleine Schuppen.
