Dies ist ein italienisches Restaurant im Zentrum von Stavelot. Das Gebäude ist im Jugendstil des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts gehalten und erinnert an einen Bahnsteig in einem Bahnhof. Darüber befinden sich 2 Wandmalereien Im ersten Stock befinden sich außerdem Fliesen aus dem Brüsseler Maison Helman. Helman wurde 1863 in Stavelot geboren und war dort Architekt.
Die Brasserie ist auch während des Lætare eine Attraktion. Das Lætare ist ein traditionelles Fest, das während des Laetare-Festes am vierten Sonntag der Fastenzeit stattfindet. Dieses Festival, eines der beliebtesten in der Wallonie, ist auch für seine Protagonisten bekannt: die Blancs Moussis
Saint Remacle wurde um 600 geboren und starb um 669 und war ein katholischer und orthodoxer Heiliger, Gründer der Abtei von Stavelot im Jahr 651 und erster Abt der Abtei von Solignac.
