Die Holzwarche ist ein Bach in der belgischen Provinz Lüttich und ein Nebenfluss der Warche, der in der Gemeinde Büllingen in den Ostkantonen liegt.

Der Bach entspringt in einem Wald nördlich des Grenzdorfes Losheimergraben. Dies ist der Beginn eines Verlaufs über eine Reihe kleiner Mäander im Gemeindewald von Krinkelt. Bei Wirtzfeld mündet die Holzwarche in die Warche und fließt in den See von Bütgenbach, der auf einer Höhe von 550 m liegt.
